hi. I am facing difficulty in reading posts in this forum. I am not used to this color scheme. Is there any way to change the theme of the forum?
 
No, not really.

And honestly, I can't stand most other boards.. bright themes are.... bad.
 
There is no way to change it from the forum side....the only way to change the looks is by 3rd party software, sorry.

I believe you can specify a custom style sheet, at least in Firefox. With CSS you can specify colors, fonts and the like. :)
 
There's a Firefox add-on called Stylish. People submit stylesheets that alter a website's appearance. With the add-on installed, you can visit sites and use the Stylish icon to "find styles for this page." I don't think any are available for the [H] (most people prefer the darker colors), but you can make your own if you can.
 
I know a lot of other forums use stylesheets so you can customize the look of the forum colors. That would be nice if they did that in the future here. But I can't really see it happening because they have a hard enough time just keeping the forums up and running. I don't think there are any people running this place with enough experience to start messing with that kind of thing.

You would be surprised by the knowledge of our SyOps....Cliff is a whizbang master of keeping all of the systems running given that vBull isn't designed for the punishment we hand it and is patched to hell and back. John is our vBull guru who happens to be a part of the vBull commercial team. It doesn't get much better than that. Kyle also stays in contact with the vBull staff on a constant basis since we are the Avant Garde website for vBull envelope pushing.

There is allocation in the Admin control panel to allow members to change styles, but it is disabled. The site is very well designed and is preferred by a vast majority of our members. Those who wish to change what is may do so on their own, finding 3rd party applications to change the theme to pink and blue with dark blue frames if they wish, but we will not be party to the desicretion ;)
