Hotmail will soon get push email a la Gmail (ActiveSync)

Since Hotmail also offers custom domains, I'll soon be able to completely ditch Gmail & Google's views on privacy without paying for hosted exchange. Awesome!

Can any livemail user setup a custom domain? Or is it only for certain types of users?
