I have seem several hotornot copies/mocks out there. Wondering if anyone knows where I can get the scripting to run my own??

Hotscripts.com has quite a few.. All depends on the server OS, and language you want it written in...
 
Some more details


I do not want users to be able to add their own images, only rank existing ones. Furthermore, I want to be able to add 10k+ images easily at install... I think stile project has something similar
