Uhhh.. no? It's got great reviews, and nothing shows up on google for jamming J40 so I doubt you read much about that since its untrue (as pointed out in the comments on amazon)

And if you notice, the single "bad review" are not even amazon buyers... its obvious they lie (as pointed out by the people who left comments on his review)

The reviews are fine from people that actually bought it.... the one bad review was from an idiot who did poor "google research" online for "fuji error" which has no relation at all to this camera. So you read a piss poor review to be honest as it does not say "Amazon Verified Purchase" next to his review if you notice.
 
lol, I would not give a nice digital camera to even a 10 year old.

5 year old?! really? This definitely beats the other cam.... its $10 cheaper, has more MP (slightly), extra 2GB card, and the screen on this is 3" while the other is only 2.5

Its only $70, its not like handing a kid a RED camera. My 5 year old uses a DSLR Nikon D50. She takes good pics with it too, much better than cheapie kids cameras :)

I just bought my kid a Lexus, hes only 2 years old. He drives a lot better than other 2 year olds' I know. :)

Considering this deal... how does it compare to the Panasonic Lumix?
 
I'd say this camera is $10 cheaper for a slightly better camera + 2GB memory card.

This camera is a much better deal then the Panasonic... after reading the reviews and especially the specs of them both the Fuji wins for sure.
 
This price seems awesome.

Cell phone cameras just keep getting better and better. The low and mid range camera market must be really hurting.
 
I can't stand cameras without manual white balance or some form of spot metering. Using a gray card saves hours of fussing about with color levels. I don't understand how people can function without the spot meter. It may be a relic but it's just necessary until cameras start saving the raw ccd data to disk.
