use coupon code PS7T-1UHU5Y for $10 off.

$208 + $5.90 - $10 = $203.90 :D

For a very limited supply, buy any participating EVGA e-GeForce 6800 GS model today, and receive a copy of Call of Duty 2 when it ships! All you have to do is register your product, then register your serial number at EVGA – COD2 Promotion Page, and send your invoice/receipt either by fax at 714/528-4501 or email it to [email protected]. To qualify, your purchase date must be after November 1st, 2005.

That is a pretty good deal. Clubit has this card for 199.00 right now with free shipping. Not crapping on your thread or anything this is pretty hot if you are one of the lucky 200 people to get the COD2 with the card. I would like to see some benchmarks for this card. $200.00 isn't a bad price for an upgrade if it is worth it.

first 200 only is lame and insulting. what is this a rat race? you should either get it if you buy it or not

This is a 12 pipe model....just like the Dell OEM 6800 gto look for them on ebay. I guess they do NOT mod to 16v6

no, no 7800gt is compared to. thats kind of redundant anyway though since you can compare 6800gt to 7800gt elsewhere...however, this anandtech.com report is different from guru3d.com report, which shows the gs lagging behind the gt noticeably

The 6800 GTO is different from the 6800 GS

6800 GTO: NV45, 130nm core, 16 pipeline native, 12 pipelines enabled, moddable to 16 pipelines, dual DVI, no TV/HDTV out
6800 GS: NV42, 110nm core, 12 pipelines native, VGA/DVI/TV/HDTV out

Lower transistor count + smaller fab size = cheaper for us :D

I don't think the CoD2 deal was limited to 200. I just did it right now and got the verification:

Congratulations! Your EVGA Call Of Duty 2 Bundle Promotion claim has
been
verified for S/N: 573860xxxxx!

Your copy of COD2 will be shipping within the next two weeks.

$204 shipped for a decent video card and CoD2 is awesome. :D

There's two different versions of it. One has 2 DVI and one has 1DVI 1VGA. The one pictured only has 1 DVI but the model number and description lead me to believe that it has two. Please let me know what you find out.

Thanks for the info on the COD2 deal. I dont see the banner at Newegg, so Im sure peepz that bought the card at newegg appreciate the info. I know my friend does. :)

Yeah my friend sent me the link on AIM and I told him I bought it on Newegg so once I get it I'll try for it. If not I'll buy COD 2 in a month or so.
