These little fans are great for cooling mobo/ram/etc and normally go for 19.99!

How stable/secure are these things? If you mount it to your mobo (screw -> spotcool -> mobo -> mobo tray) it doesn't have a whole lot anchoring it place.

Stable enough for my setup. I don't move my PC around much though. If you're really worried, put some thread locker (loktite) on the screw when you put it in and it won't budge.
 
I saw a bunch of them at the Anaheim Fry's on sale this morning on sale for $9.99.

Chances are other Fry's may have them on sale too.
