Hosted help desk?

I'm just curious if any of you know or have any opinions on hosted help desk solutions?
I'm fairly open, right now I'm just trying to see whats out there.

I have my eye on these two:
http://www.crmdesk.com/
http://www.perldesk.com/

The only must right now is that it has to be a hosted solution.
