Host programs and NAS?

I have a question I haven't really been able to find an answer for. I have a server that I use for Minecraft and Teamspeak. I added space and would like to be able to store files on it as well to save room on my Harddrive, but want the simplicity of dragging and dropping the files to and from the server. Is this possible even if I am hosting other programs off it?

I would also like to stream my back ups and videos off the server to save space on my main rig as well as be able to watch them throughout the house.

1. I am hosting Minecraft and TS3.
2. Want to be able to drag and drop files from any computer in the house to server.
3. Want to stream said files to my devices and other computers (Use TVersity to stream to devices, don't know about playing on other computers through the network).

If that doesn't make sense, or if I am asking for too much from my little server then let me know. I appreciate the help as this is the first home network server I have set up and don't know how to pair it with what it already does.

BTW, I am running the stock OS Vista Home Premium. (Don't really have the time to put linux on it just yet, but plan to in the future).

Just setup share on the serve and map the share as a drive on your desktop. Then you can dragged drop into the drive no problem.
