Host Process for Windows Stopped ??? What's this?

I keep getting the "Host process for windows services stopped working and has closed" message, usually when resuming from standby.
Any idea what's going on or how to diagnose?

Vista 64 OS

Here's a pretty detailed thread of people with the same problem and some remedies: http://forums.techguy.org/windows-vista/560866-host-process-foe-windows-services.html It's probably a bad driver, I've seen this issue before related to bad driver and hibernation.
