Horizontal colored bar on LVM-42w2

Ok, I know it's not the monitor, but maybe you all can help.

I'm running a dual monitor display with my 2405 and my LVM-42w2 monitor (decided to keep the 2405)

Well, I noticed that at the very bottom of the screen there is a bar that matches the color of what is ever above it, that spans the bottom of the screen. It almost looks like the screen has been moved up a few pixels, and this is the bottom of the screen I'm not supposed to see.

It's weird because when I play WoW, I and see the whole bottom UI menu, and then this bar is below it, and will change colors to whatever is above it on the screen. It doesn't flicker, and it doesn't do this with my PS2 and s-video output.

I can't find an adjustment anywhere to adjust the screen and move it down a few steps. If I could do that, it would probably go away. Any clue on where to do this?

When I go to the control panel, I can adjust my 2405, but it wants me to do some weird HDTV size adjustment, but it doesn't let me move the screen. It only lets me move a slider bar to make the whole screen larger or smaller.

I'm using DVI for my LVM-42w2, and it does show in the menu as 1080p. Any help would be appreciated.

Any thoughts on this. I can't seem to find any setting to move this picture on my HDTV LCD

Does anyone thing my DVI cable could be doing this? It's been working fine on my 2405FPW.
