I have a Radeon R9 380 and recently there have been horizontal line blips across both monitors. I tried getting a video of it, but the blips are too fast for the camera to catch. It occurs a couple times per minute. All have been in the upper 1/3 of the monitors.

Sounds like a type of artifacting perhaps. Is your VC overclocked, clean, and/or running cool?

Could also be a bad cable - seen glitchy HDMI/DVI cables do similar things.

I doubt its a cable. It occurs simultaneously on both monitors.
As I type this and according CPUID HWMonitor
  • blip rate: about 5 - 6 times per min.
  • GPU temp: 41 C
  • OC: No
  • Fan: 1455 RPM

That data doesn't look unusual. Could just be the card is about to hit the dirt.

Do you have onboard video as an option to just test and see if it occurs with that as well?
