Hopefully Simple Windows Question

I have WinXP and i was wondering is there any way to make a certain window "always on top" so if i click on another window, the one i want on top still is visible?

edit* im more specifically talking about windows media player

while I don't know how to do what you are specifially asking, I did notice you have a ATI card. If you have the adapter to convert TV-out to RCA plugs, the video card drivers will format the video to be full screen whatever WMP is playing. Be sure to enable theatre mode. That's the closest I can get you.
