Well to explain my situation, read the email I sent to Paul@sunbeamtech.com.
Basically I tried to be as polite as I could.
Do you think they will send me a new screw or not? Even if I have to pay a little bit, I don't really mind.
If not, Im kinda screwed

First, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read my email.
Well I recently heard all the rave and craze about your tuniq tower 120 CPU Cooler, so I wanted to give it a try. I purchased the Tuniq Tower 120 off of http://www.xoxide.com/
I received the product, and was amazed of it's size. Well any way, I began to start installing it on my Asus P5W DH 775 Motherboard when I encountered an frustrating problem.
I was using the 775 Backplate and everything was going well. I made sure all 4 screws were in, and then I kept going around and screwing in each thumb screw in a little more, so I could get each side even.
When I was done, one side looked as though it had too much pressure, and it needed to be loosened. So I ment to loosen it, but I accidentally tightened the screw and the screw underwent so much force that the top of the of the thumb screw popped right off, leaving the screw in the backplate and CPU cooler. Uh-Oh. So I took off all the other screws, and then I got the tower off, and I got a pair of vice grips and was able to loosen the screw. So now I have a working back plate, the H-Plate, and only three 775 Thumb screws. So now I have a Tuniq Tower 120 that can't be installed unless I can replace the 775 Thumb screw. I would really like to use this, so I was wondering if I could purchase a new screw. I would pay for shipping and whatever the screw would cost (Shouldn't be much?)
Thanks for your time
