Hooking up an AIW

Alrighty, I find ATi very least helpful in this daunting task. I have acquired a 9800 AIW and got that card as opposed to a newer card for the whole hooking the TV up to your computer feature. How does one go about that? I have a cable line hooked up to one end of the video card, however there must be more. Me and my friend fooled around with it and only managed to use the TV as the computer screen, not the other way around. ANY tips would be greatly appreciated.
