Hooking PC to TV, All help appreciated

Your 8800 should have an s-video port on it. If it does, most cards come with an s-video to component HD video dongle. All you would need in that case would be a set of HD component cables to get video going. As for sound, when I put my PC on the TV I usually just used a set of PC speakers with a subwoofer to watch movies or whatnot. But if you have a surround sound system with a receiver, you can just run sound to that with optical out from the motherboard or whatever medium it has for transmitting audio out.
