Homepage missing UI elements

The homepage I'm seeing is missing some UI elements. There should be pics in the red boxes correct? Pic.



-Win7.
-Google DNS (same issue with OpenDNS as well)
-Firefox 50.
-Adblock+ shut off.
-Ghostery shut off.
-ALL scripts allowed.

Firefox updating to v50 & the DNS issues here happened roughly the same time so not sure what the cause might me.
 
We are aware. Still have DNS issues rolling through.
