Homepage left/right scroll

I don't think I should be able to do this... (Running at 1440p, Firefox 57)(To be clear, I can scroll the homepage (and any article page) left and right a significant distance)

I just downloaded new FF and this is what I see.

Not quite, at no point does the page load 'correctly', it always has the option to scroll left/right. This only just started today-ish.
Hmm, that site skin ad has been up since the 20th. No code changes. Maybe clear your cache? Think the browser is remember page position? Even with the window spread wide on this 4K, it lines up right for me on load on all three browsers. If I intentionally scroll it side to side, it of course messes the alignment up.

I will have the guy that does the [H] site code give it a look. Thanks for the heads-up. Sorry for the issue.
 
Just a little bit of added info. I'm on Win 7 using IE 11.

IF I scroll to the left this is what I get.
