homemade waterblock help

Hi all I’m wonting to build a homemade water cooling system for my cpu gpu chipset & maybe ram anyway I wont to cnc all my own blocks in a cnc mill is their a place I can get dimensions for my motherboard and ati 800xt vcard as far as the heights hold downs and stuff like that without having to pull apart my system to get them What I have is a abit IC7-Max3 and powercolor ati 800xt any help is much appreciated
 
dont need cooling on the RAM.

and I assume you have connections to someone who will machine you some blocks for cheap?
