Need suggestions, trying to reduce noise yet keep good airflow.

Need to replace the back 2 80x38mm fans on a Norco RPC-4224.

I ordered the 120mm wall bracket from here http://www.ipcdirect.net/servlet/Detail?no=258

I've looked over at frozencpu.com but I know that a lot of people here have this case and may have some insight.
