Home remodel/expansion software.

Hey all..

I have a detached garage I want to expand and turn into like a little studio apartment. What sort of software is out there that will help me get kind of a rough plan going? Anything rather noob friendly would be nice, as this is my first time doing such a project.

Google's Sketch-up is a good program, especially if you don't want to spend any money.

There was something else from Home & Garden I believe, but I couldn't remember the name of it.

My brother use Broderbund Home Design (I think it's now called TurboFloorPlan Home and Interior) and it's been great. He hasn't used it in awhile though because he uses Vista and it isn't compatible with it. According to Broderbund, TurboFloorPlan is Vista compatible however.
