The disclaimer is the single review in that link:

That card is NOT for gaming. It does not support Direct3D in even that API's basic mode (though it requires DirectX 9.0 or higher in order for the card to work). And its OpenGL support is tweaked much more for 3D graphics design work than for games.
 
sure its not for gaming but its got a 512-bit GDDR3 interface, whoa man. I wonder what that would do for an 6800ultra or PE. I guess it would be better than having 512mb gddr3 right now for games?
 
The funny thing is, for a few seconds, when I saw it, I thought it was a watercooling unit for watercooled PCs, then... a watercooler with LCD ports?
