HOCP AD Placement Issue?

The only thing I keep on seeing on my Chrome 12.0.742.100 running on Win 7x64 and on a resolution of 1920x1200 using split windowed mode. The Ratpadz ad is always in my upper left corner of the HOCP site and it's pushing the whole site off to the right. The ad doesn't seem to go in line with all of the other ads so probably is out of placement.
