Does a P4 2.6C run better with or without HT enabled? (i deal with lots of internet surfing and gaming)
 
it will help when you have mulitple programs running.

having it on would be a good idea.
 
yes and no
if your running XP Pro then yes Home no and any older windows like 2k back dont like HT
