dont have another mobo and i feel its a bit far out if i am buying a new PSU and a new mobo just to have a sable system.... seems as though nothing is stable these days... the only board i ever liked was an EVGA 650i Ultra which was stable as all hell but incapable of SLI

and the last time i trusted some one else with a choice for a mobo it was that ASUS that got scrapped after just one year...

No offense meant by any of that.... im just saying i cant keep buying stuff i was really just looking for a fix for the issue of failure to boot (pointing to a new power supply) but im really certain at this point its not the mobo... 64bit OS has no problem to boot

my main OS *(32 bit)* is having serious issues just starting as of today which is causing the system to basically hang for about 5-10 min upon booting once that period has finished everything is fine *(minus occasionally lag on certain programs)* im really beginning to think the problems are within the OS itself and having two OS's on different drives plugged in at the same time.. system never really liked it since i did it but the only reason for doing so in the first place is that Battlefield 2 has a fatal error in the 32bit OS and will only run in 64.

another reason for these reoccurring problems i believe is due to my video cards being factory super clocked from BFG (and one from EVGA) yes sorry the sig is a bit out of date nothing else has changed besides these two

I have actually been looking at this one but was weary of Antec as i have had no personal experience with any products of theirs.

Hmm... this is new to me. Nice price and if it is actually putting out the power it says it can then this might be a very nice candidate.
