Yeah. HL definitely is borrowing some themes from the 1984 thing. But, I'm sure that's not the only title to lift a few things from 1984. It was a great book. Actually, I should go back a re-read it. I was pretty young when I read it the first time, and I only have a vague recollection of things in the book.
