Currently I'm running stable at 3.19 ghz with 13x multiplier, HT @ 975, FSB at 247 and vcore @ 1.4. I have my NB <--->SB HT @ 3x and my RAM timings at default 5-5-5-15 speeds.

The cpu is watercooled and I have the additional fan on top of the heat-pipe heat sink on the mobo. If I try to raise the FSB any-higher than 250, I get an error message saying that windows cannot boot because windows/system32/winload.exe is corrupt. Now If I drop it back down below 250 fsb I do not get the error and I can boot and the system runs fine.

When this error occurs I can run the windows mem test and get a hardware problem reported.

What could be causing this?
