i have a 925 c2 revision and im hitting a wall. i have it stable at 3.4ghz with 1.45 voltage. ive tried going up to 1.53 volts and when i go to 3.6ghz by upping the fsb in overdrive i get a hard lock with squelch noises. here is what im running

HT ref clock : 243

memory speed: 972 ( memory is g skill 1066)

nb speed: 2187

ht link speed: 1944

everything at stock voltage except for cpu and memory (memory is at 2.1, which its rated for)

try it in the BIOS, AOD has never worked out good for me

what is the max safe volts for regular use? max use would be 8 to 10 hours a day. thanks
