Hitting 250-300+

I picked up a P4 3.2C last week for a nice price and thought I would slap it in my file server and see what it would do. I got a Asus P4P800 for it as well but am having problems hitting 250Mhz fsb. Anyone have a few tricks I can try with it? Ive been out of the Intel o/c game for some time and don't know all the latest tricks.

system specs:
Asus P4P800
3.2C (northwood) 512K SL6WG costa rica
stock Intel cooler 42C under full load @ 3680Mhz
chipset is cooled with extra fan as well
Corsair TwinX PC4000

The memory has been up to 255FSB on my Athlon system with no problems and the chip itself seems to run VERY cool. The 3680 was on stock voltage, 42C is as high as I could get the CPU running Prime 95 and Toast....voltage tweaks seem to do very little with this setup...It seems to hit the brick wall at about 240FSB. Would love to hit 250+ with this setup, is it possible?
