:). kinda surprised too. the time i spent getting my gpus to run seti is paying off! :). going to build 2 more rigs soon, a amd 955 and a amd 965 :). if quique55 would get off his lazy ass and ship my stuff :p

i'll also have some spare parts to build a new rig for my sis so thats good :).

when thuban 1090t's are cheaper i'll upgrade all the amd machines with those, and upgrade my intel rigs with 8 core intels cause they should be out by then :D

now if only i could find some cheap extra ups's i'd be all set. my farm is growing! :D

and find a driver for my laptop so i can use the video card in it as well :)

also have to figure out why an identical q9450 system is only doing 4500 points a day when the other is doing 6700. its always lagged. i hope it straightens itself ou soon cause i dunno. it does its units in the same amount of time as the other one :confused:

maybe he wants to run seti only.. his choice no sense in trying to convince him to move to a different project just because he could make more points.. points mean nothing.. they are a number if he believes in what seti is doing is worth crunching then its up to him.. hell i find it more satisfying trying to get a crap load of points in a project thats hard as heck to get points in then to go the easy route on a different project and hit a few 100k PPD without even having to put any effort out.. not really trying to single you out and bust your balls but im sick of seeing people post stuff like this..

btw nice work matrix.. i think the best PPD i ever got out of seti was about 6k PPD but i gave up on the project when they started pumping out 100+ hour gpu WU's.. i just couldnt justify the time per WU for the amount of work that was actually being done when i could run 15+ F@H WU's in the same amount of time but that was about 2 years ago so things may have changed by now..
 
well the gpu units take about 14-21 hours to do. best part is they hardly use the cpu and load the gpu to 99%. the 5800 is not loading to 100% though so i might try the beta on this machine for it perhaps to see if that helps. it basically runs 4 on cpu and 1 on gpu though :).
