Well anyways I had a 3850 die on me the other day, sparks shot out of it and then it stopped working:D

Anyways I was wondering how I would go about RMAing an HIS card, this is my first product with them and I looked at there website and could not really find a section that dealt with RMAing dead cards.
 
Im sure its in the info that came with your card..most vendors send it with the invoice or packing slip.
 
Yeh I've got to send an x1950 back. I should've waited for the 3850's but that would've taken another sixth months. Anyway the rma is through lexy pacific corp. It really kinda sucks as you either have to email fax or snail mail their rma form to them in which they'll most likely send an rma # to you're e-mail. This is if you are in the good ol' USA. If not I can direct you to the correct place.
