HIS IceQ3 worth the extra $30?

I am going to purchase an X1900XT and was going to get the MSI version from newegg ($419 after rebate). I actually already purchased it, but canceled my order when I found that Monarch had a HIS Radeon X1900 XT IceQ3.

It appears that this card has a cooler similar to the ATI Silencer. I have the NV Silencer on my 6800GT and LOVE it. However, I am not sure if I will get the same benefit over the stock cooling solution of the 1900XT.
Here are my thoughts:
1. While the 6800GT had a small aluminum cooling core, the 1900XT has a massive copper unit. This may negate the effects of the large block on the IceQ3.

2. The 6800GT would recirculate its own hot air, while the 1900XT pulls in cool air.

For these two reasons, will the HIS IceQ3 result in a cooler GPU or just a cooler case? Furthermore, is it worth the extra $30?
BTW, i don't care about noise. GPU cooling and overclocking are my only two concerns.

That's the card I've been waiting for. Now I'm just waiting for the Egg to stock it. That's a pretty good cooler, and is a far bit quieter than the stock fan.

Check out www.hisdigital.com for more info.

Well, i just ordered one from MonarchComputer. $480 with a $30 MIR.
It doesn't appear to be backordered or anything, but I will be calling just to make sure! It was hard to find this card. I could only find two stores that carried it.

Now, does anyone have earplugs? The screams coming from my wallet are starting to get annoying.

I'd like one of those coolers for my HIS X1800XT.

Would be nice if there were HIS Reps. reading these forums and picking up on our wants.
