HIS iceQ 5770 Issues with Drivers

Recently purchased a HIS IceQ 5770. PC specs are as followed:Windows XP 32bit, D101GGC motherboard, celeron 3.33ghz, 2gb memory, 485w PSU (VERY outdated, waiting on my new motherboard etc). Problem is, the card works find as long as Catalyst Control Center isnt running. Once I open CCC, the screen goes completely screwy. Attached is a picture of what im dealing with, and the LCD itself is fine. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
