Okay, I setup to RMA a 9800 Pro that died (I had it for a month or so) about two weeks ago, and I still haven't recieved any notice from them! What the hell is going on?

When did you send it in? WHy don't you give them a call?
 
I haven't sent it to them yet, and because I'm at work when they're available to call.
 
Okay, its been slow today so I decided I'd try to give HIS a call, I go to their website only to find they don't have any kind of real tech support number. :mad:

They are based in Hong Kong, China so they are sleeping right now hehe. There is a one in CA but im not sure what there email and phone is.
