Hey. I have a Hiper 580W Type M Power supply. It has 2 12V rails with a combined total of 38Amps. I was wondering if it would be enough to power something similar to the following

Intel i series, i3 2nd or 3rd generation
8GB DDR3 1600MHz Memory
Asrock Fatal1ty P67 Professional
Asus Radeon 6950 1GB
1 64GB SSD
1 Sata 160gb
1 DVD Drive

And a few fans and a basic fan controller.

I've looked around the internet for power requirements of alot of parts but most places have different opinions and i really can't decide what information is most accurate.

Here is a link to the Power Supply

Any help would be much appreciated :)

I would recommend a higher quality unit but based purely on numbers, it would work. That said there are much better PSU's available for a decent price that wouldn't make me worry about my whole system being lost to a low quality crappy PSU.

Seems these are more popular in Europe than NA, seems it should be fine.

Thanks for the replies. I can pick this up cheap off a friend and my funds are very limited. I think this PSU is an older ATX design, Would that mean i'd have comparability issues with my motherboard as my motherboard is a new form of atx that the PSU.
