Anyone know how to reset the username/password on this raid controller? I bought one from a HardOCP member and it was not reset to default prior and well the whole exchange left me feeling that I doubt he will respond to my PM's
 
So username RAID, password hpt isn't working?

If not, flashing the firmware should reset it to RAID/hpt as noted above.
 
Tried using the flash but the system is a Win7 64bit system and the flash utility from Highpoint is a 16bit which is incompatible ;(
 
Welp did that and tried flashing to the latest firmware for the 3560 and it didn't reset the password ;(

Any other suggestions?
