Highest static contrast monitors?

21-27", 1080-1440, which have the highest static contrast? The FG2421 is now nearly unobtainable, it appears.

In the smaller monitors fg2421 is still unbeatable and possibly the chinese hkc equivalent too. Rest are around 2000:1 which honestly is a very subpar result these days. Only monitor that was equivalent was the big Phillips 40" monitor which (most likely) used a TV quality panel where 3500-5000:1 contrast ratios have been a norm for years.
