Highest Safe Voltage for X2

I am running a new rig with an AMD 4200+ X2 that is water cooled. I am playing around with it clocked at 11x240 = 2.64ghz. I have the voltage of the CPU around 1.49 and the temps sit at about 31-32c idle and 41c full load when 2 x prime has been running for awhile. I was wondering what the max safe voltage on this processor would be with the above setup.
 
well following the trend, athlon-xp is 1.65v stock, people run them up to 1.9v with little worries other then heat
northwood...1.525v stock upper limit is either 1.60 or 1.70 depending on how much balls you got on SNDS
prescott... 1.32v i think(never ran it at stock :p ) and im not worried at 1.55 and i would have done 1.60 if i had to
so the trend for cpu seems to be +.3v

thats at least my opinion
 
usually the only problems with raising your voltages is heat, so if your temps are good, there's no limit until you get high temps.
 
every 10c increase ~= 1/2 life

life decreases with the square increase of voltage.. you can do the math on how that one ends up working out.. haha

i wouldn't go over 1.5v if your temps are over 50c and 1.55-1.6v if you can keep it under 40c

has this been proven? ive heard this before but i wonder if its just something people pick up on.
