A Sony G520 or any of the rebrands by other manufacturers such as the Dell/HP P1130 or IBM P275 will go up to 170Hz (its maximum vertical scan frequency) at 800x600. No CRT is capable of more than 170. What do you need such a high refresh rate at such a low resolution for?
trinitrons are max 131khz as far as i seen them
u can get some diamondtron like iiyama/mitsu/nec models with 140khz, so that would be highest displaying Hz CRTs
