Higher CPU vs. Higher FSB

What would be faster for a laptop from the two below...
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz/800MHz FSB/2 MB Cache
vs.
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz/1066MHz FSB/3 MB Cache


EDIT: and why is the chosen one faster?

The cache and slightly higher FSB.

But, not by much.


In reality if you want to make it easy even though this isn't really correct.

With the 2.0's settings it's like being a 2.3 Ghz of the previous processor.


If that makes sense.
