High temps with AMD 965!?

I just bought this computer and it has a AMD 965 overclocked with the CoolLit Eco watercooling system in it. Under full load the temps are up to 83c and it idles around 50c?

I've reapplied the thermal paste but still the same results?

Your pump might be bad on it. Verify it is working by moving the tubes and listening for gurgling. also, make sure the fan(s) are moving air through the rad.
