high temp using speedfan,temp 3??,chipset?

not sure what the temp3 is for but i got a whopping temp reading at 261 fahrenheit,when i look into in more using speedfan config,i see says chip IT8712F,bus ISA,address $290,i do have picture but dont know how to show,i used PrtSc key then did paste in ms paint,its 2mb pic,doh!,anyways any help would be appreciated,if someone would like me to send pic no prob.
 
Unused sensors on the mainboard can give very extreme (high or low) numbers. On my mainboard (GA-7VRXP), temp 3 was not used, so I disabled it :)
