i recently bought a new monitor cause my old one died. it is a philips 109B5 19" CRT...i like this monitor except for one really annoying problem. it sometimes makes a really high pitched noise that hurts my brain. whats odd though is since i uped the refresh rate by a few hertz ( i think ) the high pitched noise hasnt come back...anyone else have this problem with a monitor? and did the refresh rate change fix it you think? im scared its gonna come back and try to blow my head apart
