High FPS video chat/webcams

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone knew of an IM client that supported high frame rate video chat/webcam sessions. Yahoo for instance, seems to be about 1 fps without a way to change it, and I was looking for something in the 15-30fps area. Does Skype do a better job? Any other protocol? Thanks
