High efficiency PSU for <300W

Hi - I'm building an i3-540 WHS system using integrated video. Might have as many as 5-6 drives attached, but otherwise nothing else - no CDROM drive, no PCI cards, etc...

So I'm thinking 200W would be plenty. What's the most efficient PSU in the <350W range?

And here's a dumb question - I can use e.g. TFX PSUs in an ATX case (well, matx actually - CM Centurion 541) right?

The lowest-wattage high-efficiency PSU I can think of is the Seasonic X-400FL. Lower than that, you're unlikely to find anything but low-end units with mediocre efficiency.

TFX PSUs cannot be mounted in ATX cases without modding. They are physically smaller and the mounting holes are located in different places. You'd need some kind of adapter.
