This crash every time I use my computer I just updated my natural keyboard 4000 and laser mouse 5000 drivers what else can I do. Thanks for the help

I never install 3rd party software for keyboards or mice. Over the years I've seen them cause too many issues.
hidserv is part of the keyboard drives..but AFAIK it's only for keyboards that have those multi-media functions like volume control and features like that. If you don't use those, go into safe mode..and uninstall those drivers.
