hi question on mounting bracket

So all in all, I got a PC that came with a watercooler (NZXT IBP Z001) from a friend for cheap and now I want to upgrade the motherboard and CPU to the i5 2500k, but obviously a different socket.

The cooler didn't come with any other mounting brackets, and no websites are proving to be any help, not even NZXT or IBP.

So question: Am I able to use a bracket from a different company like corsair? I figure mounting brackets will all use the same holes, just wondering
