HFS+ and FAT32 on external?

[fantazio]

I want to use my external Lacie on mostly my mac but also occasionally on a PC, so I thought instead of formatting it to be fully Fat32 where i have limitations such as 2g max file size and slower speeds, i can keep HFS+ on one partition, the main one, and make a small partition that is Fat32

is that possible?
