So i am making my first build and ended up having to RMA the motherboard. They make a big deal about returning ALL items that came with the board so I mistakenly sent back my hex standoff screws. They of course didnt come back with the new mobo so now i need to find some screws (if it matters I have a Lian-Li PC7 case).

I've seen them online but i'd rather not spend $7 on shipping for a 2 bag of screws. Any thoughts on where I might pick these up? Can i find them at a regular hardware store or do i need to go to a computer store?

They are probably metric and will likely be available at a place that specializes in odd nuts and bolts - the machine shop trade suppliers etc.

Motherboard standoffs are typically "6-32" thread.

Did you send back the standoffs, or just the screws?

Thanks for all the help guys. I emailed Lian-Li and got a reply within 12 hours. They are going to send me the screws for free. The only drawback is that they are coming from Tiawan so it will be 7-10 days. But at least I know I am getting the right ones.
