Hewlett Packard 3.06.. upgrade video card? recommendations??

My friend has an OEM HP pc with an intel P4 519K 3.06ghz pc and was wondering whether he can upgrade his pc.

unfortunately i am not able to see his computer so i can only tell you things he tells me .

basically he has this computer which is fine and fast for most things, but it comes with a 6200 graphics card on a PCIE...

so he wants to change.

HOWEVER

normally i would jsut tell him to buy the best PCIE he can afford, but theres this problem called his PSU

it says 300W max on it and im not sure whether he can swap it out for a beefier one.

anyway, what would you guys recommend for the computer?

thats a decent card but he will have to get get a better powersupply. but you should have no problem with that.
 
i heard that HP and other OEM psus are specific to their machines and arent the standard sized atx psus such as from thermaltake or antec?
