Granted, it's built around the idea of using a mini-itx motherboard/components, and the LCD itself doesn't lend itself to being as bright as a modern-day dedicated lcd screen, either. (probably with regards to refresh rates too)

Part of me wonders how well it would do as a LAN file server for ganking patches and such for 20-80 people, though. :)

Might be a good throw-in for a suitcase mod (if budget isn't a concern, anyway) even if it is sort of cheating in that respect.
 
That's pretty cool. Lots of potential. Wish I had the money for one.
 
actually for a much cheaper solution you could just buy one of the new via epia boards with an onboard LVDS / RGB lcd controller and hook it up to a pulled laptop lcd or sumthin
